Description
This session will consider the various judicial and non-judicial measures implemented by different countries in order to redress the legacy of
human rights violations in times of transition from conflict, including criminal prosecutions, truth and reconciliation commissions, reparation
programmes and other formal and informal justice mechanisms.

Coffee and tea breaks will be held between 1100 - 1130 and 1600 - 1630. To accommodate the flow of delegates through the Conference Centre please note the closest coffee/tea stations to this session are in the Foyer of Levels 2 and 3.
