Please note that the Suntec Convention Centre is a non-smoking environment and smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the convention centre.
All working sessions and delegate lunches will take place at the Suntec Convention Centre.
Entry formalities
All delegates are responsible for checking visa entry requirements for Singapore. Applications can take several months to process and some delegates will have
to apply for their visa in person at their local embassy.
Please contact your local embassy for entry formalities and apply for any required visa well in advance.

We strongly advise that you check with your embassy a month prior to travelling to ensure that entry requirements have not changed.
We are unable to send visa supporting application letters to delegates prior to receipt of your registration form and full payment of fees.
As with all IBA conferences, it is each delegate’s responsibility to respect the laws and customs of the host country.
Access for the disabled
The Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre and all official IBA social function venues are accessible by wheelchair. Please notify us if you require special assistance.
Badges
For security reasons, name badges must be worn at all times during the conference and at social functions. Your name badge
is your pass for the convention centre and opening ceremony. Proof of identity is required for replacement badges.
