A conference presented by the IBA Criminal Law Committee and supported by the IBA European Regional Forum.

The conference will focus on financial crime and regulation and the growth of aggressive regulatory enforcement in other areas such as environment, health and safety and gambling. A mock hearing will take place at the world famous Bailey.
