Please ensure that you include a second choice of hotel and room category (if applicable) on your Accommodation Form.
All reservations will be acknowledged by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please contact JLC as e-mails can sometimes go astray. Bookings cannot be made without a valid credit card number (Visa/MasterCard/Amex) to guarantee your reservation. The hotel will make a charge of one night’s stay plus tax to this card as a deposit prior to your arrival. Please ensure that the credit card number you provide on your form does not expire prior to the conference. In the event that the hotel is unable to charge the card number on your Accommodation Form, you will be emailed by JLC and asked to provide alternative card details within 48 hours or your hotel room may be released.
All hotels are wheelchair accessible and can offer specially adapted guestrooms for the physically challenged. Please indicate any special requirements when completing the Accommodation Form.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact JLC in writing (jlchotel@judylaneconsulting.com). You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your cancellation/amendment. If you do not receive this e-mail, your cancellation/amendment has not been processed/ received. In this case, please contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1293 888 352. We will make every effort to re-sell the room nights cancelled to another delegate but if we cannot, the following penalties will apply (please note that we are unable to re-sell the rooms back to the hotels).
Full/partial cancellation of room nights
From 28 September 2011, the room rate plus tax for the room nights cancelled (partial or full cancellation) will be charged to the credit card number you have provided on your Accommodation Form, unless the cancelled room nights can be re-sold to another delegate. No-shows (nonarrival on the day of your reservation without prior notification) will be charged for the full stay.
