A conference presented by the IBA Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law (SEERIL) and supported by the IBA European Regional Forum.

Topics will be drawn from a wide range of issues affecting the industries represented by the section including: wind power in the Baltic; state exportation of assets; deregulation of European gas; the international resurgence of nuclear power; mining and the rights of indigenous people, and moving beyond the carbon economy.
