Description
This panel will address when tax planning crosses from legitimate avoidance to activity considered being criminal under the laws of various jurisdictions.
Particular focus will be on defining criminal activity and the hallmarks of criminal activity that reaches across borders. Recent cases where criminal prosecutions have been pursued will be described.
