The International Bar Association with its Human Rights Institute and Rule of Law Action Group and the Associação dos Advogados de São Paulo (AASP) have tailored a very worthwhile programme for all legal professionals who wish to discuss and share experiences about the Rule of Law and the Criminal Justice in Brazil.

This half-day seminar will bring together recognised national and international speakers to analyse the Rule of Law and the Brazilian legal system using a fact-finding pre-trial detention report.
